Dr Ramson & Pastor Linda Mumba are the founders and senior pastors of El-Shaddai International Christian Centre, London. They are also founders of El-Shaddai Bradford, Manchester, Birmingham, Cardiff and Lusaka to whom they now give apostolic oversight. As international speakers, authors, family counsellors, television and radio broadcasters, Pastors Ramson and Linda have been called by God to teach prophetically the uncompromised Word of God with simplicity and understanding. As well as publishing their Get Understanding ministry magazine, their television broadcast is aired in many countries around the world..

Pastors Mark and Hannah Pease have served Dr Ramson and Pastor Linda Mumba for the last seven years and moved with them from Bradford to London in 2004. Mark has an extensive background in business and education. Previously in marketing and communications Hannah works as Dirtector of Business Affairs for the church and now combines this with looking after their two little girls, Seanna and Amelie. Following in the footsteps of Dr Mumba and Pastor Linda, Mark and Hannah are called to teach the same Word of faith with simplicity and understanding to affect this generation forever.
